In 2021, Matthew and Melissa commissioned Lite Design Collaborative to renovate their resale condominium. A curved display feature was constructed in the living area to serve as a visual focal point for the space, while the New Work Tense pendant was specifically selected to complement this design element. The remainder of the living area was intentionally kept minimalistic to emphasize the feature. Additionally in the master bedroom, a custom bay window was created to frame the view like a piece of art. The project was completed in three months at a cost of approximately $80,000.
