Welcome to Leadership Development Centre! Leadership Development Centre (LDC) is a boutique training centre that unites leadership efforts in primary schools, secondary schools, junior colleges and tertiary institutes. We aim to be relevant to the needs of schools, providing top quality specialized leadership education through strategic training with practical experiences for a complete continuity programme.
At LDC, we believe that the right balance of the task at hand, the team involved and the individuals within the team is needed to achieve the best results. Thus, we strive to provide training in these three main areas, to produce an effetive and optimum performance team for the best results in any task.
