A family of three transformed their 1,905 sq ft Woodlands jumbo HDB flat with the help of Lite Design Collaborative, winning a Bronze award for Best Residential Design at the IDCS 2020 Design Excellence Awards. Emphasizing an open concept, the design uses a neutral palette and partial dividers to enhance spaciousness and light. Key features include a screen for privacy in the living room, an open dry kitchen, recessed track lighting, and a bi-fold glass door for flexible space. The master bedroom boasts a concealed walk-in wardrobe. The design caters to the family's needs, including a wet and dry kitchen.
