Lite Design Collaborative was engaged by a family to redesign their 1,285 sqft, five-room point block resale unit in the heart of Ang Mo Kio. The goal was to completely overhaul the property due to its age, resulting in a full gut renovation. While the overall configuration of the home was largely preserved, the living room was extended into the former balcony area. To accommodate the family's furry friends, pet-friendly materials were selected for the renovation. The entire project was completed in approximately three months.
