DC103
Lite Design Collaborative was commissioned to reimagine a resale five-room corner HDB for a family of three, transforming it into a home defined by calm order and understated elegance. In the living area, a bespoke divider wall introduces a sense of privacy while maintaining visual openness and flow. Thoughtful storage solutions are seamlessly integrated throughout, ensuring a clean and harmonious interior. The kitchen was reconfigured to distinguish between wet and dry zones, with a dedicated dry kitchen anchored by a refined larder for the storage of essentials. Each gesture within the space reflects a balance of function and form, where everyday living meets quiet sophistication. Completed over four months, the residence embodies the studio’s sensitivity to proportion, materiality, and lived comfort.
