Lite Design Collaborative was engaged to redesign a high-floor, four-room resale HDB unit in Dawson for a couple. To enhance privacy, a divider wall was added at the entrance, effectively separating the living and dining areas. A wall feature was incorporated to provide an attractive backdrop for both the dining and living spaces. Additionally, the master bedroom was cleverly enlarged by reallocating some space from the study area. The project was completed in four months, with a budget of $80,000.
