Located in the northern region of Singapore, this five-bedroom executive condominium was redesigned by Lite Design Collaborative. At the entrance, a full-height shoe cabinet and a settee were added to provide ample storage for the large family. In the living room, a dark teak wall featuring a concealed door was introduced, serving as an elegant backdrop to the full-height window opposite. The project was completed in three months, with a budget of $61,000.
