Lite Design Collaborative was engaged to redesign a four-room Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) unit. The client chose a monochromatic palette, ensuring consistency across all surfaces, including the ceiling. To better accommodate the owner's frequent hosting, one bedroom was removed to create a more expansive living and dining area. The remaining bedroom was reconfigured to offer additional wardrobe space. The project was completed in three months, with a budget of $60,000.
