Mayfair Modern

Lite Design Collaborative undertook a project to reconfigure a four-bedroom condominium in Bukit Timah, drawing inspiration from mid-century Japanese design. The renovation transformed the space into a cozy home with intricate features throughout. One bedroom was converted into a walk-in wardrobe, featuring a Shoji screen that also serves as a privacy divider. The kitchen was redesigned with a new layout, highlighted by emerald green subway tiles and antique glass. To ensure a quiet retreat, the master bedroom is strategically isolated from the rest of the living areas. The project took three months to complete and was executed with a budget of approximately $90,000.
