A lawyer couple in their 30s renovated their 18-year-old Bishan condominium to better suit their lifestyle and family needs. They hired Lite Design Collaborative to reconfigure the 1,226 sq ft space, focusing on a spacious living and dining area. Changes included removing walls, updating flooring and carpentry, and adding curved design elements for coziness. The entrance was widened for storage, and a privacy screen installed. A new open dry kitchen with an island was created, alongside a separate wet kitchen. The master bedroom features light wood and built-in wardrobes. The renovation took three months, costing around $140,000.
